BJG Glass Bottle Filler
 

Brief Introdction:

The BJG series alcohol liquid filling machine mainly used in glass bottles filling.
It is widely used in wine, Vodka , Whisky, Agave, vinegar etc. The lid can be metal crown cap or aluminum screw-cap, plastic cap etc.
Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to filling processing demands of beer, carbonated drinks and soda water to be one of the advanced filling production lines.
In the filling section, bottle upgrade system can be constructed as mechanical mode or pneumatic mode, and the pre-holding parts ensure bottles run smoothly.

The machine for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together.
When the bottle enters into the filling part of 3-in-1 machine through screw by convey chain. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottle neck, the filling valve lift after the filling finishes, the filled bottle moves forward to the capping part through  transition poking wheel. The guard plate holds bottle upright not rotating.   It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging through the action of the cam.  

Rinsing part
Rotary bottle rinser: applicable for wine, beverage and water cleaning.
The new bottle conveys through the separation screw and star wheel by the gripper and turn over device; bottle neck is held upwards, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to next working position.

The rinsing contact part and out cover adopts the stainless steel material
The bottle in place is equipped with pneumatic part, controlling the bottle convey stablely, avoiding the bottles falling down and enters into the main machine
Rinser’s water pipe adopts with pressure gauge and pressure maintaining valve
Manually adjust the elevation for different height bottle
Water collecting tray: recycle the rinsing water

Filling machine part
Filling valve adopts double vacuum to avoid oxygen left in bottles and prolong beer shelf life, with mechanical valve, High speed and big flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the liquid level is stable.
Main drive adopt gear drive independent, high efficiency, small noise, long life, maintenance-free, transducer can control the main motor speed, the machine adopt Variable-frequency variable speed, whole operations area, motor base is stainless steel contain carbon steel.
Guide bottle system, simple structure, according to bottle style ,can change
The whole machine can be controlled automatically by PLC.
Filling product liquid level height adopts liquid level probe control, liquid level steady, filling reliable.
The machine important parts and electrical elements is import production.
Filling product can be controlled automatically and have CIP washing connector.

Crown cap capping machine part
Rotary Capping Machine knife stuck on the only bottleneck location, keeping the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Capping Machine Capping head to remain in the revolution and rotation, under the action of the cam to achieve grasping cap, capping, press cap, cap off action, complete the capping process. Management Capping Machine is located in the top cover, through drop-cap rail and cover plate connected Capping Machine allocated. Finished bottle through the bottle capping machine sent from the click wheel to the bottle conveyor chains, conveyor chains send out the triple play by the filling machine, into the next process.

  • JAPAN Omron photoelectric switches for solenoid valve.
  • Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic units.
  • Its performance is as following: all parts, for instance, filling valve, which directly contact medium, are made of stainless steel or harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of Food sanitation.
  • Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature. Using programmable controller to realize fully automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing, using transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the machine easily to suit different power equipments
  • Adopting equal pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure beverage quality.
  • Italy AROL capping technology, by using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure capping quality.
  • The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is adopted.
  • Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail.
  • High efficiency of rinsing, there are two times of internal and external rinsing.
  • The magnetic torque is adopted for screw capping.
  • The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.
  • Well protection for capping, the power of the screw capping can be fixed to avoid any damage of caps.
  • The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.
  • Bottle detector is adopted, when there is no bottle, filing and capping will stop automatically.
  • Caps detector is adopted, when bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
  • The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed
  • The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
  • Automatic photo electricity detection and automatic break-down when malfunction occurs
