This 3 gallon 5 gallon bottle rack stacker or bottle rack stacking machine is able to load up to 600 3 gallon to 5gallon (11.4-18.9 L) water bottles per hour after bottle exit from filling machine. It takes about 4 minutes to fill a 40 bottle racks with bottles. The system can connect with filling production line directly with bottle conveyors, and automatically load bottle into rack in high efficiency.
After the bottled water enters into loading position, photoelectric sensor will start to count bottle quantity, when there enough bottle quantity as setting number, send signal to the PLC automatic program controlling system, like “like 4 bottles arrive the position”, the PLC sends command that bottle loader turnover by 90 degree from vertical direction to horizontal direction. A bottle pusher besides the loader will roll bottle into a bottle lifter. After having signal from a photoelectric sensor, that’s there is enough quantity of bottle in the lifter, the lifter will start to rise up a right position as the bottle rack column, by then, another bottle pusher start to work to push bottles from bottle neck direction to the rack precisely and high efficiency.
- With the bottle controlled by photoelectrical signal. When no bottle or not enough bottles arrive, loading unit will stop and wait for conveying more bottles into loading position.
