The control system is the heart of the SBMH-II automatic bottle blower. High-tech human-computer interaction control panel, light touch screen (optional), accurate control, simple parameter setting, clear numerical display, ideal memory storage capability.
The operation panel uses a large-size English man-machine interface touch screen, and all operations, parameter setting, monitoring, product counting, wall thickness control and other visual operations. The device fault self-judgment shows that the operation is simple. The imported PLC programmable controller has the process parameter storage and transfer function, the reaction is fast, the positioning is accurate, and the system has high stability during operation.
The pneumatic dynamic system powers the operation of the SBMH-II. It uses world-renowned brand power components, like Festo in Germany, or Airtac in Taiwan to ensure high quality. SBMH-II uses infrared heating mode. Its superior thermal radiation and thermal penetration capabilities allow the machine to reach the required temperature during high-speed operation. The infrared lamps are distributed in three heating zones, with independent voltage adjustment modules and computer control systems, which can provide ideal heating effects for different types of preforms. The horizontal position of each infrared lamp can be adjusted to increase the flexibility of the machine.
CLAMPING SYSTEM & MOLDS
The SBMH-II uses a four-mode clamping device. In addition, there is a specially designed high-pressure assisted clamping device that provides a strong clamping force.
PREFORM CHAIN SYSTEM
SBMH-II automatic blow molding machine specially designed preform conveying system. The flip manipulator loads the preform into the preform chain holder, heats it, and then the manipulator puts the heated preform onto the blowing system. After blowing, the bottle was demolded by a flipper.
The filling speed of monobloc rotary bottle fillers ranges from 2000 to 36000 bottles per hour, which combine with full-automatic multiple-function bottle washing system,bottle filling system and bottle capping system. It is widely used in filling hot fruit juice, filling ice tea. The monoblock bottle filling machine works as follows steps:
1/ Bottles are delivered with conveyor and star wheel chain into bottle filling machine.
2/ Bottle clamper installed on the rotary wheel of the rinsing system will grip bottle neck and make a 180° turn along a guide track to face the bottle neck downwards.
3/ Inside of bottle rinsing system, rinsing water will spray out from special nozzles to flush bottle inner wall.
4/ After bottle rinsing and bottle dripping, bottles gripped by bottle clamper will make another 180° turn along a guide track to assure bottle neck facing upwards.
5/ After bottle rinsing, clean bottles move forward by a star wheel into the bottle filler. After entering bottle filler, bottles are hold by neck supporting carrier. Bottle filling valves are opened by bottle detecting signals.
6/ After finishing bottle filling, valves are closed by valve closing mechanism to further stop venting to complete bottle filling process.
7/ Then bottles are transferred into the bottle capper by a neck handling star wheel. Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the bottle neck to prevent it from rotation and hold it in a upwards position. A discharge star wheel discharges finished bottles onto discharge conveyor belt to be conveyed out of bottle filling machine.
The soft drink bottle warming and cooling system will help to greatly reduce the temperature of hot filling drinks down to 36 - 40 Celsius degree after hot filling processing, or increase the temperature of cold filing carbonated soft drinks up to 36 - 40 Celsius degree after cold filling processing.
Widely used in beverage industry production for PET bottles hot drinks and carbonated drinks filling and packaging. This machine can eliminate the condensed water on the external side of bottle, keep bottle clean and dry, which makes much easier for labeling and packaging after filling by filler.
DM Model Bottle Reverse Sterilizing system is a convey used to invert, sterilize, and convey the bottles after bottle conveying out from the fruit juice or hot tea bottle beverage filling machine.
The sterilizing time is flexible controlled by user by adjusting the hand wheel of the reducer to change the speed of the convey belt.
It could reverse bottles upside down (glass bottle or PET bottle), which have been filled and sealed, to sterilize inside of bottle neck and caps with high temperature soft drink inside the bottle.
Chain conveyor overturns finished bottles from upright to horizon when sterilizing cap and bottle neck. And the conveyor transfers bottles back into the cooling tunnel.
Top grade of conveying chain is used for this sterilizing system, more stable and endurable in performance, no breaking bottles. Speed of conveying system is infinitely variable.
It provides three kinds of cleaning ways for option, including acid cleaning, alkali cleaning, and water cleaning. Also it’s available to set the density of acid and alkali, and hot water’s temperature manually.
